ASHEVILLE NC project
The Asheville, NC Project consisted of updating old flooring by replacing carpet and old linoleum with click & lock luxury vinyl planks in a gray weathered wood finish. Existing kitchen cabinets were refinished using Ben Moore cabinet paints in a semi-gloss finish in two color combinations of White Dove and Wythe Blue. These colors created a perfect compliment with the installed glass backsplash. The "icing on the cake" for this makeover is the concrete countertop overlay in a glossy marble-like finish. COLUMBUS MI project
This Columbus, Mi floor was in dire need of replacement. The overall condition of the old linoleum was pretty good; however, the style and color needed to go. In this project, Grip-Strip planks were used. Grip-Strip is more flexible than Click & Lock which provides it more ability to be placed over floors with slight imperfections. A total look of natural wood for a fraction of the cost of hardwood!

RUSTIC LUXE project
The part of this Rustic design shows through in the resurfaced cabinets. The cabinets went from standard builders oak finish to a white-washed weathered wood finish. New handles and a coordinating backsplash provide a nice contrast against the Grip-Strip dark cherry flooring. (June 2016)
BILTMORE MARBLE BATHROOM
The Biltmore Bath was a complete tear down of the old bath. New everything along with re-purposed furniture such as the buffet vanity and storage locker. The shower floor and trim tile is Biltmore marble in soft greens and whites with a glass trim piece around the shower floor. Shower wall tile is Wavecrest porcelain giving the bathroom its modern feel. The wall art is actually a vintage stained glass window purchased in Asheville, NC. This bathroom now has a more modern updated feel while still appreciating the functionality and history of the re-purposed vintage items. (April 2015)
COLUMBIA SC CRAFTSMAN BUNGALOW
This home is a lovely 1700 sq. ft. white Craftsman style located in the City of Columbia SC and is one of our current projects. This home is located 2 miles north of the Governor's Mansion on a quiet tree-lined street in Historic Earlewood community. Columbia is truly the "hidden jewel" of the south with Antebellum homes and palm tree lined avenues that rival those of Charleston and Savannah. The hospitality and kindness of its residents, the diversity of the downtown shops and restaurants, and the richness and intrigue of its history is unmatched. Can't wait to show "y'all" what we come up with for this house!
